Job Description
EvolutionIQ is hiring a Sales Director for Property & Casualty Solutions. The role involves managing the sales life cycle, prospecting, identifying needs, and growing relationships with prospects and customers in North America. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of experience selling complex SaaS technology to enterprise accounts, a strong customer focus, and excellent communication skills.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience selling complex SaaS technology to enterprise accounts
- Strong familiarity with the auto claims industry, including processes, regulations, and key stakeholders
- Proven hunter who has consistently met or beaten quota
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to develop and run long-term account plans
- BA/BS degree or equivalent
