Deployment Manager (Client Services)

We are seeking a highly organized and client-focused Deployment Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of our platform for enterprise clients, managing complex implementations and serving as a trusted partner to both internal leadership and client-side executives.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in software implementation, project management, or client-facing delivery roles within enterprise SaaS environments
• Proven track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder implementations
• Strong experience working directly with executive-level stakeholders (both internal and external)
• Exceptional project management skills (planning, execution, risk management, prioritization)
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language
• Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Data teams
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with confidence in leading executive discussions
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
