Technical Engagement Manager / Account Manager (AI / SaaS)

We are seeking a Technical Engagement Manager / Account Manager to support the delivery of client solutions to Fortune 1000 Insurance carriers. The successful candidate will provide quality technical & business service delivery, project management, and operational leadership to our delivery team.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in account and project management
• Proven track record of delivering solutions while meeting external client deadlines
• Ability to balance client needs with budget and capacity
• Effective communication skills across teams with both technical and non-technical people
• Proficiency in data analysis and manipulation with Excel and other analytical tools
• Background working with data, as an analyst, consultant, or in a client management capacity
• Extreme self-starter and self-motivator
• Ability to handle the ups and downs of early startup life
• Enthusiasm for team work and pair work
• Kind, empathetic, polite and professional
• Takes pride in providing a high level of service
• Detail-oriented, organized, process-driven
