Job Description
Evolve offers residential and outpatient treatment programs for teens struggling with mental health, substance abuse, or behavior issues. The Overnight Residential Counselor will be responsible for the safety and supervision of the clients at one of our 6-bed residential treatment centers.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required; college coursework or bachelor's degree preferred
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Must have at least 6-9 months of experience working with teens with mental health or substance abuse
- Must be able to stay awake all night; previous overnight shift experience preferred
- Must be willing to interact with COVID-positive clients, as needed
