Overnight Residential Counselor - Full Time/Part Time

Evolve offers therapy and recovery options for teens with mental health, substance abuse, or behavior issues. The Overnight Residential Counselor ensures the safety and supervision of clients at a 6-bed residential treatment center.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; college coursework or bachelor’s degree preferred
• Must be able to stay awake all night; previous overnight shift experience preferred
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Must have at least 6-9 months of experience working with teens with mental health or substance abuse
• Have 6-9 months of experience in an adolescent group home or similar setting
• All schedules require at least 1 weekend shift
• Must be able to pass a LiveScan background check and clear federal and state criminal background checks, and child abuse indexes
• Possess a valid California driver’s license
