Residential Counselor - Full Time/Part Time

Evolve Treatment Centers is seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Residential Counselor to join their team at one of their 6-bed teen residential treatment centers. The position involves providing supervision to up to 6 adolescents who are in residential treatment for 30-60 days for issues related to mental health and substance abuse. Residential Counselors support clients in their daily activities and facilitate groups with our clients.

Requirements

• Provide one-to-one support and supervision to clients struggling with mental health and substance abuse issues
• Establish positive and nurturing relationships with the clients, within professional boundaries
• Maintain vigilance and awareness of the milieu while monitoring the behavior, activities, and safety of the clients
