Plant Engineer

Plant Engineer responsible for organization, planning, direction and control of maintenance, technical changes/improvements and technical & regulation compliance documentation for a production plant. Provides technical expertise to maintain and continuously improve the technical availability of the plant, reduce maintenance costs and support cost and plant availability objectives.

Requirements

• B.S Chemical Engineer or related technical background
• 5+ years Chemical Plant Experience
• 5+ years of direct Supervisory experience
• Knowledge of ISO Standards
• The ability to understand complex technical processes.
• Excellent communication, organization, management and leadership skills
• Effective problem solving skills, implement solution to complex unanticipated issues impacting production.
• Knowledge of various equipment and maintenance practices
• Function effectively in a multi-task environment, analyze situations and respond promptly.
