We’re looking for a passionate, driven and curious Director of Business Development to join our team to innovate in biologics manufacturing technologies, solve complex problems for clients, and learn every step of the way.
Requirements
- Achieve a defined yearly sales goal for your region by executing mutually beneficial and profitable business collaborations and partnerships
- Be a key part of driving the overall business development strategy within the territory in close partnership with internal stakeholders
- Sign multiple strategic deals annually focused on Just-Evotec Biologics continuous manufacturing technology and manufacturing capabilities
- Have experience and understand the requirements and challenges of drug discovery and development as it relates to manufacturing of drug substance
- Have a thorough understanding of the drug discovery and development paradigm across biologics modalities
- A self-starter with a track record of success identifying, negotiating, and closing deals
- An active listener and strong communicator with the ability to assess partner needs and craft recommendations
- A team player with a passion for working with diverse teams to deliver results
