Requirements

• Leading a team of multiple Lab Associates responsible for preparing and running bench-scale bioreactors and bioreactor-related equipment
• Maintaining and troubleshooting instruments, including bioreactor control systems, software, and analytical equipment
• Coordinating support function logistics while contributing to scientific functional area project work
• Training and mentoring junior staff
• Supporting Lab Associates in procedure and protocol execution
• Regularly inventorying lab supplies and placing orders
• Collaborating across teams to develop systems for inventory and equipment tracking
• Working with vendors and manufacturers on ordering and troubleshooting supplies
• Supporting other groups with solution preparation and lab maintenance activities as time allows
