Job Description
Evotec seeks a dynamic SVP Marketing to drive global marketing strategy and execution, elevate brand leadership, and ensure tight alignment with commercial priorities. The role involves developing a performance marketing engine, establishing funnel KPIs, and continuously optimizing. Additionally, the SVP Marketing will position Evotec as a category leader through signature campaigns and executive narratives, and develop modular offer-specific messaging and packages.
Requirements
- Advanced degree in Life Sciences and extensive marketing leadership experience
- MBA is a plus
- Extensive senior experience leading B2B marketing functions within CRO/CDMO, biotech, or pharma
- Demonstrated success in demand generation, ABM, digital marketing, and sales enablement for complex scientific offerings
- Strong understanding of drug discovery & development services and partnership models
- Experience building global marketing teams, operating models, and data-driven performance frameworks
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder influence, and executive presence
