Just-Evotec is looking for a VP, Head of Alliance Management to drive impactful projects, collaborate with bright minds, and explore uncharted territories. The role requires leading a team, developing systematic collection of customer feedback, and improving project execution processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in life-science, business, or related field
- MS in life sciences field preferred, MBA preferred
- Prior experience in managing customer-facing teams in CDMO, CRO or Biopharma companies
- Minimum 15 years of relevant life-science services operations and project management experience with increasing levels of responsibility leading teams
- Strong analytical capabilities with knowledge of a variety of tools and systems
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Organized, detail oriented, and ability to work with confidential information
- Experience working effectively in a fast-paced multifunction, matrixed environment
- Familiar with working in an international environment a benefit
- Experience within biotechnology and pharmaceutical industry preferred
- Process Development / CMC experience a plus
