Requirements
- 2-3 years of Human Resources administrative experience
- Kronos and Workday HCM experience
- Demonstrated experience in handling sensitive situations and details with high degree of professionalism, discretion and confidentiality
- Working knowledge of both federal and state employment laws and regulations
- Strong collaborator and ability to work independently
- Proactive and flexible problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
