Finning Canada is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to join its HR team in Edmonton, Calgary, or Surrey. The successful candidate will support HR services, HR managers, and HR business partners by streamlining processes, coordinating key HR activities, and contributing to efficient, high-quality HR operations.
Requirements
- Post-secondary diploma or degree in Business Administration or Human Resources
- 2 to 3 years HR generalist experience
- Proficient in all aspects of the MS Office Suite
- Prior experience with any HRIS System (Workday)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Excellent initiative, combined with planning, analytical and decision making skills
- Effective written & verbal communication skills with a strong attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
- Demonstrates thoroughness and monitors work to ensure quality results and compliance with government regulations
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
