Reporting to the Director of Strategy and Risk, the Company Secretary has a broad range of responsibilities in relation to corporate governance, director and executive remuneration and share plan management, privacy, insurance, and investor relations.

Requirements

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Proven track record working with directors and senior executives
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a diverse team of professionals
• Extensive knowledge and experience in corporate governance
• Understanding of privacy risk management and legal requirements in Australia and New Zealand
• Proven ability to develop and execute investor relations strategies
