Assistant Company Secretary

An opportunity to partner directly with the Company Secretary and Board, shaping best practice governance at a fast growing ASX listed digital financial services company. As an Assistant Company Secretary, you will support the effectiveness of the Zip Co Limited Board and Board Committees, as well as the boards of a number of Australian and New Zealand subsidiaries.

Requirements

• Extensive governance experience in a regulated, ASX listed environment, with a strong understanding of board and committee operations
• A minimum of 8 years’ experience in company secretariat or governance roles
• A law degree, with a Graduate Diploma of Applied Corporate Governance considered an advantage
• Strong working knowledge of the ASX Listing Rules, Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) and corporate governance principles
• Hands on experience using Diligent Boards
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with confidence engaging senior leaders and directors.
