The role involves greeting guests, leading the daily flow of the front desk, and responding to guest inquiries warmly and professionally.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a 5-star hotel setting with a dedication to exceptional hospitality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility, reliability, and solution-focused with a polished appearance and a warm smile
- Strong working knowledge of a Property Management System, preferably Opera Cloud
