Requirements
- Travel through out your territory creating a book of business
- Execute annual sales plans aligned with company objectives.
- Identify and develop new customer relationships while re-engaging existing accounts.
- Collaborate with branch managers, regional managers, and divisional sales managers to refine acquisition strategies.
- Provide superior customer service and represent our brand with professionalism.
- Maintain accurate activity and results reports, including Business Activity Logs and monthly/annual sales workbooks.
- Participate in relevant regional organizations and industry associations to build networks and drive growth.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with local teams.
- Proficiency with basic technology tools and systems.
- Professional demeanor and commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Willingness to travel approximately 15%.
