Customer Warehouse Associate

Ewing Outdoor Supply is looking for a Customer Warehouse Associate to provide excellent customer service and maintain a fast-paced distribution warehouse. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and safety, and be able to flex and lift 50-70 lbs. The position offers competitive wages, great benefits, PTO, and bonus potential.

• Ensure racks are fully stocked
• Manage returns of merchandise
• Coordinate with team to provide excellent customer service
• Inform customers about discounts and special offers
• Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager
• Stay up-to-date with new products/services
• Deliver a wide variety of items to different addresses
• Follow routes and time schedule
• Load, unload, prepare, inspect and operate a delivery vehicle
• Ask for feedback on provided services and resolve clients’ complaints
• Inform customers about new products and services
• Follow DOT regulations and safety standards
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Basic math skills
• Be able to lift 50-70 pounds
• Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships
• Ability to perform in fast-paced environments
• Valid professional driver’s license
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Good driving record with no traffic violations
