Warehouse Delivery Associate

Ewing Outdoor Supply is looking for a Warehouse Delivery Associate to provide excellent customer service and perform delivery and warehouse responsibilities. The position involves working in a fast-paced distribution warehouse, serving contractors and customers, and having the ability to flex and lift 50-70 lbs.

Requirements

• Measuring and cutting turf to customers specifications
• Greeting and directing customers
• Providing accurate information about products and services
• Answering customers' questions
• Conducting price and feature comparisons
• Cross-selling products
• Ensuring racks are fully stocked
• Managing returns of merchandise
• Coordinating with team to provide excellent customer service
• Informing customers about discounts and special offers
• Providing customer feedback to Store Manager
• Staying up-to-date with new products/services
• Delivering a wide variety of items to different addresses and through different routes
• Loading, unloading, preparing, inspecting and operating a delivery vehicle
• Asking for feedback on provided services and resolving clients' complaints
• Informing customers about new products and services
• Following DOT regulations and safety standards
