Excel Academy is a network of 5 schools in Massachusetts and Rhode Island that prepares students in grades 5-12 to succeed in high school and college and engage productively in their communities. We are seeking a Founding Math Interventionist to join our team, responsible for delivering effective, high-quality, rigorous college-preparatory instruction to foster student success.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred
- Rhode Island certified in Secondary Math Teacher, Grades 6-12, Secondary Special Education Teacher, Grades 6-12, or All Grades English to Speakers of Other Languages Teacher, Grades PK-12
- Ability to work in a team environment and support others in doing their best work
- Willingness to problem-solve and seek feedback for professional growth and improvement
