Requirements

• Completed training in Mechatronics, Fine Optics, Fine Mechanics, or a comparable technical field
• Practical experience in activities with high fine motor precision from non-technical professions
• Safe handling of sensitive materials and enthusiasm for challenging, detail-oriented assembly work
• Well-developed sense of quality and joy in working in a production environment with a manufacturing character
• High resilience, rapid grasp, and the ability to work concentrated and carefully
• Basic PC knowledge, as well as communication and team skills
