Job Description
Excelitas Technologies is seeking a Legal Operations Specialist to maintain and enhance the Legal Department's operational systems, data, and processes. The role involves partnering with attorneys, contract managers, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure legal workflows and data are accurate and well-maintained.
Requirements
- Own and maintain Legal Department operational systems and databases
- Implement and administer Legal technology tools
- Coordinate with Legal, Accounting, and Outside Counsel
- Assist with special projects including system implementations and ad hoc reporting
