Job Description
The Legal Operations Analyst is a data-driven problem solver and technical specialist supporting the Legal Department’s matter management and eBilling processes.
Requirements
- Administer and optimize the ONIT eBilling platform
- Design, configure, and maintain ONIT eBilling workflows, billing rules, and integrations with Finance/AP systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve ONIT platform issues
- Map and improve legal operations processes using Lean/Six Sigma methods
- Ensure compliance with OCGs, billing rules, and financial controls
