Requirements
- 5+ years of combined IT systems administration and network engineering experience
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server 2016–2025, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy
- Strong knowledge of VMware vSphere and/or Microsoft Hyper-V virtualization platforms
- Solid firewall, routing, and switching knowledge and hands-on experience
- Proficiency with network troubleshooting tools, methodologies, and topologies
- Knowledge of office technology including multi-function printers, VoIP systems, and conference room AV equipment
- Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional customer service orientation with a professional, approachable demeanor
- Demonstrated sound professional judgment and ability to mentor and guide others
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, shift focus throughout the day, and maintain strong attention to detail
- Self-reliant and self-directed; able to work effectively with minimal supervision
- Ability to handle stress and pressure consistent with the demands of client-facing IT services
- Regular, reliable attendance and punctuality
- Valid Driver's License
