Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years in auto finance operations
• Previous experience in lien perfection, title management, vehicle financing, or related fields
• Knowledge of state-specific lien perfection requirements and regulations
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and lien management or title processing software
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage competing priorities
• Strong organizational skills
• Knowledge of data security and confidentiality practices
• Ability to stay up to date with industry regulations and best practices
