Job Description
Castle High Value is seeking self-directed independent contractors to conduct high value home property surveys for insurance purposes. The ideal candidate will have experience in real estate, insurance, inspection, construction, or appraising, but all interested candidates are encouraged to apply.
Requirements
- Professionally interact with homeowners and insurance agents
- Conduct on-site and/or virtual property surveys
- Identify and document construction materials/characteristics and unique features of the home
- Generate an estimated replacement value of the home and identify major hazards
