Job Description
Developers in this team work independently and think like product engineers, designing and implementing end-to-end features for the EXL Premium Audit platform. They collaborate with Technical Architect and Product Owner to translate business and UX requirements into secure, scalable solutions. Responsibilities include working with business requirements, designing and building backend services, developing UIs, integrating with AI services, ensuring code quality, and mentoring junior developers.
Requirements
- Work with Technical Architect, Product Owner and BAs to understand business requirements
- Design and build secure, scalable backend services and APIs
- Develop modern, responsive UIs using Angular or React
- Integrate with AI services and components
- Ensure code quality through unit and integration tests, code reviews, and adherence to coding standards and security best practices
- Use source control and DevOps tools effectively, contributing to CI/CD pipelines and deployment readiness
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues within agreed SLAs
- Assist in customization and integration of third-party products and platforms
- Mentor and support junior developers on the squad
- Collaborate closely with QA Automation and Performance teams to ensure features are testable, observable, and performant
