Senior Full Stack Engineer

Senior Full Stack Engineer to act as technical leaders within the squad, partnering with Product Owner, BA team, and Technical Architect to translate business objectives into robust architectural designs and high-quality solutions.

Requirements

• Convert business goals and high-level requirements into clear, actionable application architecture.
• Design holistic solutions including backend services, frontend flows, integrations, data models, and security considerations.
• Understand the capabilities and limitations of AI systems and propose how LLM-based features can best be incorporated.
• Provide high-level effort estimates and technical input to the Product Owner for planning and roadmap decisions.
• Lead end-to-end implementation of complex features using.NET, Entity Framework, Python, and modern frontend frameworks (Angular).
• Serve as the primary technical reviewer for the pod, ensuring code quality, security practices, and performance standards.
• Collaborate closely with QA Automation and Performance engineers to ensure architectural decisions support testability and performance requirements.
• Maintain a detailed understanding of database structures, network interactions, microservices (where applicable), and application hosting environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues within SLA, including root cause analysis and preventative engineering improvements.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, elevating the engineering culture within the Ireland pod.
• Work effectively across global teams (US, India, Ireland), translating between business context and technical implementation.
• Proactively identify technical risks, design gaps, or opportunities to simplify the user experience for auditors and carriers.
