Manager

The Manager will oversee HR operations, ensure compliance with UK employment laws, and manage HR systems and reporting. They will also lead HR transformation initiatives, improve operational efficiency, and promote a high-performance culture.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 9–12+ years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in HR operations leadership.
• Experience working with UK organisations and strong understanding of local HR compliance.
• Proficient in HRIS systems and MS Office (Excel, Power BI preferred).
• Experience with HR analytics and HR process automation.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret and present HR data.
• Detail-oriented and committed to high-quality service delivery.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
