Job Description: Travel counsellor booking/cancelling and amending air, car, hotel, limo, ferry, and other travel related customer queries via email or chat.
Requirements
- Experience with Travel process
- B1-5 & above on CEF assessment
- No gap of more than 6 months from last employment
- Graduation
- Minimum 1 year experience in travel industry
- GDS experience (Sabre, Galileo preferable)
- Good communication skills
- Knowledge of MS-Excel
