Job Description
Handle inbound/outbound voice interactions with US-based business travelers, manage travel bookings, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- 18–36 months of experience in travel voice operations
- Strong expertise in end-to-end travel management (Air, Hotel, Car, Rail)
- Proficiency in GDS systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) preferred
- Excellent communication and stakeholder handling skills
- Ability to handle complex queries, escalations, and mentor junior team members
