VP of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

Exodus is a publicly traded digital asset company operating at global scale. We are hiring a VP of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to operate as a strategic extension of the CFO. The role requires 10+ years of experience in FP&A, Strategic Finance, or Corporate Finance, with a strong independent judgment and comfort with ambiguity.

Requirements

• 10+ years in FP&A, Strategic Finance, or Corporate Finance
• Experience in high-growth, high-expectation environments (public companies, late-stage private, fintech, SaaS, marketplaces)
• Exposure to crypto or digital assets is a plus, not a prerequisite
• Experience supporting senior executives and Board-level planning
• Strong independent judgment and comfort with ambiguity
• Clear, direct communicator with executive presence
• Bias toward action, clarity, and ownership over process
