Job Description
We are seeking a Contract Administrator to join our Construction Organization and lead the construction phase on various municipal, Water/wastewater facilities and linear projects. As a team member, you will monitor compliance with quality and quantity control measures, prepare reports, and coordinate with stakeholders.
Requirements
- At least 10 years' experience with a focus on the construction phase of projects
- P.Eng. or CET designation is required
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Sound technical, industrial and building knowledge, strong understanding of codes, and familiarity with construction practices
- Positive attitude and attention to detail
- Excellent and proven written and oral communication skills
- Collaboration with stakeholders including clients, contractors, approval agencies, residents and businesses
- Valid G driving license in Ontario
- Travel will be required to project sites and meetings
