Parsons is seeking a Contract Administrator to join their team in Northern Ontario. The successful candidate will oversee construction projects, confirm compliance with contract terms, and maintain effective communication between stakeholders.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Contract Administrator in construction or infrastructure projects
- Degree or Diploma in Construction Management or Civil Engineering, and/or combination of related experience
- Successful Completion of MTO T131 Advanced Claims and Dispute Resolution Training Course
- Registered with PEO as a P.Eng. or with OACETT as Road Construction Contract Administrator (rcca)
- Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with diverse stakeholders
- Proven analytical skills for assessing claims and disputes
- Proven negotiation skills
- Experience working on projects in remote or northern locations is an asset
- Proficiency in contract management software (Kahua, Builterra, etc.) is preferred
- Ability to utilize computer software such as MS Word and Excel
- Valid class G driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites as required
- Ability to lift 25 kg
