Job Description
EXP is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to join their team in Columbus, OH, Bedminster, NJ, and Richmond, VA. The role involves leading and mentoring junior engineers, performing QA/QC reviews, developing designs, analyzing costs, and traveling to project sites. EXP emphasizes diversity, innovation, and a collaborative work environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 8+ years of HVAC Design experience
- Registered Professional Engineer (P.E.)
- Strong leadership skills and good communication
- Data center, mission critical and/or telecom industry experience (preferred)
- Building design experience (must)
