Job Description
EXP is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to join their team in San Diego, California. This role involves leading and mentoring mechanical staff, reviewing project specifications, calculating life-cycle costs, and ensuring compliance with design standards. The position requires a strong understanding of psychrometrics and CHW, HW, WSHP systems, and applying risk management procedures.
Requirements
- Engineering Bachelor's degree in HVAC/Mechanical Engineering with 8+ years experience.
- Registered Professional Engineer (P.E.) preferred.
- Experience in designing HVAC systems for Healthcare and Life Sciences.
- REVIT MEP Proficiency required.
