We are seeking a full-time receptionist for our Munich location, responsible for reception and switchboard operations, supporting management, handling mail traffic, and general correspondence in German and English.

Requirements

• Completed commercial training or corresponding professional experience in the reception area
• Very good MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook)
• Communicative, open personality
• Team ability and careful working method
• Good English skills (spoken and written)
• MUST HAVE: Very good knowledge of German
