Job Description
We are looking for a Receptionist to join our Office Management Team in Köln. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the office reception, coordinating office operations, and supporting employees and guests. You will be working part-time from Monday to Friday, 13:00-17:00.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a service-oriented environment, such as hotel industry or gastronomy, or in the commercial sector
- Organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Proficiency in using email, calendar, and common office programs (MS Office or Google Workspace)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to communicate in English
