Associate Account Manager (SaaS) - Hybrid

Experian is seeking an Associate Account Manager to join their team in North Sydney, Australia. The role involves driving revenue through increased portal activity, ensuring SAAS customers use their portals to their full potential, and promoting Experian products. The ideal candidate will have a proven commitment to detail and customer service, strong communication and engagement skills, and experience in account management.

Requirements

• Drill down to isolate problems customers may be experiencing
• Proven commitment to detail and customer service
• Professional telephone manner
• 1+ years of experience establishing communication and engagement with prospects
• Upsell to existing customers
• Conduct difficult/hard conversations with Internal and external customers
• Solutions for sales in B2B environments
• Sound Persuading skills
• Strong Networking & Public Speaking skills
• Account Management Experience
