Job Description
Experian is a global data and technology company that powers opportunities for people and businesses around the world. The Client Onboarding Consultant role involves executing and managing the set up of clients, users, products, and payers based on contract, SOW, and STI. The successful candidate will review and verify documents, conduct onboarding client meetings, collect relevant client information, and maintain the status of assigned tasks.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Healthcare Revenue Cycle Experience is preferred
- Proficiency with OneNote, Excel, and Teams
- Salesforce experience
- Basic knowledge of project management methodology and software tools, computer systems, processes and PC desktop applications, business unit products and operations, and legislation and regulations affecting business unit industry
