Job Description
Lead and develop the SRE and DBA teams, promoting good engineering practices and reliability. Ensure system availability and performance, focusing on SLIs, SLOs, and SLAs.
Requirements
- Previous experience in technical leadership or coordination of SRE, DevOps, or infrastructure teams
- Solid knowledge of distributed systems, cloud (AWS, GCP, or Azure), containers (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Experience with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog, etc.)
- Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.)
- Familiarity with security practices, CI/CD, and infrastructure automation (Terraform, Ansible, etc.)
- Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Data-driven mindset, reliability, and continuous improvement
- Experience in defining and tracking technical and operational KPIs
- Knowledge of agile methodologies and workflow management practices (Kanban, Scrum, OKRs)
- Ability to structure processes, rituals, and tools that promote efficiency and team alignment
