We are looking for an executive leadership position to act ahead of the Software Engineering and SRE areas, with a strategic role in technological evolution, operational excellence, and the delivery of digital solutions that support and drive business.
Requirements
- Lead the Software Engineering and SRE areas, ensuring integration, operational efficiency, and continuous evolution of the technological architecture
- Plan, prioritize, and monitor the IT and SRE roadmap, connecting initiatives to business strategies
- Act as a strategic partner to the product, data, and business areas, ensuring deliveries aligned with company needs
- Manage multiple product squads, promoting agile practices, DevOps culture, and focus on delivering value
- Conduct technological modernization initiatives, including migration of legacy environments to the cloud
- Develop and mentor technical leadership (coordinators and specialists), strengthening soft skills and strategic vision
- Manage capacity, productivity, budget (Capex/Opex), and Business Cases of the area
- Create and monitor executive KPIs, ensuring visibility, data-driven decision-making, and continuous improvement
- Perform executive reports and actively manage risks, priorities, and dependencies
- Represent the area in executive forums and interactions with global teams
