Job Description
The Director of Finance is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day financial operations of Experience Scottsdale, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely financial reporting. This hands-on position manages accounting operations, supervises the accountant, and partners closely with the CFO to support strategic financial planning and organizational decision-making.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of GAAP.
- Demonstrated experience managing month-end close, audit preparation, and financial reporting.
- Experience supervising accounting staff.
- Advanced analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present financial information clearly.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and professional judgment.
- Experience with financial systems and process improvement initiatives.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software systems.
