Finance Director

The Finance Director is a key member of the finance team, responsible for the overall general hygiene of the organization’s financial systems and data. The position’s primary functions include systems overview and improvements; monthly close activities; financial reporting; financial analyses; forecasting and budgeting; maintaining fixed asset listings; and supporting the VP of Finance on special projects.

Requirements

• Supervise two employees, including training, coaching, professional development, and performance reviews.
• Oversee Accounts Payable, AR, Collections, Payroll and General Ledger functions.
• Manage annual audits to ensure successful audit results and compliance.
