The Experience Senior Living Team is seeking a Director of Memory Care to join their dynamic team. The Director will be responsible for maintaining a safe and vibrant environment for residents with dementia or cognitive challenges, managing and supervising Memory Care team members, and developing and organizing the daily enriching program for the Memory Care neighborhood.
Requirements
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 3 to 5 years of experience in caring for people with dementia or cognitive challenges
- LPN experience a plus
- Knowledgeable about the disease process and strategies for maintaining independence
- Experience in facilitating family and caregiver support programs
- Experience performing budget analysis, review, and control
- Experience conducting trainings / presentations
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer skills
- Valid driver's license and ability to drive company-provided vehicle
