Join Our Team at Vitality Living as a Memory Care Director at our Landmark Lifestyles at Ridgeland Community! The Memory Care Director maintains the dignity, excitement, and safety of our memory care residents through developing stimulating activity programming, ensuring their physical needs are met, and promoting a safe working environment for memory care team members.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 2 – 3 years as a Memory Care Director at an Assisted Living/Memory Care Community
- Extensive knowledge of Alzheimer’s disease and other related forms of dementia
- Experience in addressing and responding to the unmet needs of individuals living with dementia
- Exceptional teambuilding and leadership skills
- Knowledge of the state regulations and compliance management
- Effective communication skills
- Strong financial judgement
- Maintains basic knowledge of computer software and internet platforms, including email
- Desire to work with older adults and their families
