Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 2 – 3 years as a Memory Care Director at an Assisted Living/Memory Care Community
- Extensive knowledge of Alzheimer’s disease and other related forms of dementia
- Experience in addressing and responding to the unmet needs of individuals living with dementia
- Exceptional teambuilding and leadership skills
- Knowledge of the state regulations and compliance management
- Effective communication skills
- Strong financial judgement
- Maintains basic knowledge of computer software and internet platforms, including email
- Desire to work with older adults and their families
