Business Analyst

Experior Financial Group Inc. is seeking a Business Analyst to improve product clarity, enhance requirements documentation, and ensure strong communication across technical and business teams.

Requirements

• Partner with stakeholders, developers, product owners, and cross-functional teams to gather, clarify, and document requirements.
• Write clear and complete user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements for engineering teams.
• Facilitate requirement-gathering sessions, interviews, dependency discussions, and clarification meetings.
• Support Agile ceremonies including refinement, planning, and sprint reviews, ensuring requirements are ready and understood.
• Analyze workflows, system behaviors, and business needs to identify gaps, risks, and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with QA and development to ensure requirements are testable, traceable, and aligned with business needs.
• Maintain documentation using platforms such as Jira and Confluence.
• Validate outputs produced via AI-assisted development to ensure accuracy and alignment with requirements.
• Communicate effectively with distributed teams, ensuring clarity, follow-through, and timely updates.
