Design Approver

Role Overview

The Design Approver will lead design investigations, formulate technical solutions, and mentor the engineering team. They will ensure design standards and requirements are met and operate as a design authorisation signatory.

What You Will Do

Develop and implement technical solutions, identify and resolve technical problems, and create and check/approve design definitions. Mentor engineers, support training, and participate in technical reviews.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will have experience with design approval from the aerospace industry, held design check approval, and be familiar with Airbus Design Methods and Processes.

Requirements

• Engineering Degree or Apprenticeship to HNC Level
• CAD: Catia V5
• DPDS / Primes / PDM Link / PASS / VPM
• MS Office
• Held design approval before example A1020
