Job Description
As a Manufacturing Engineer - Electrical Hardware, you will develop and industrialize electrical hardware systems used in EV battery packs, BMS systems, and rapid charging products. You will work closely with supplier partners and cross-functional engineering teams to build scalable and reliable manufacturing processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics or related engineering field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical hardware manufacturing or supplier process development
- Strong understanding of wiring harness manufacturing processes for both signal and power applications
